Terms and Conditions for SmashFactorGolf

Effective Date: June 30th, 2025

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the facilities, services, and equipment provided by SmashFactorGolf. By accessing or using our golf simulator facilities, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

 

1. Use of Facility

  • All participants must check in at the front desk before using the simulators.

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to book a simulator. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

  • Only paid guests may use the simulators. A guest fee applies to any non-members.

  • Simulators must be used only for their intended purpose (golf simulation). Any misuse will result in immediate termination of session without refund.

 

2. Bookings and Cancellations

  • All bookings must be made in advance via our website or in person.

  • Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund.

  • No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to the full booking fee.

  • Time slots are scheduled and enforced strictly; late arrivals will not receive time extensions or refunds.

 

3. Code of Conduct

  • No food or drinks are allowed inside the simulator bays, except in designated areas.

  • Proper golf attire and clean, non-marking shoes must be worn.

  • Customers are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly. Any aggressive, inappropriate, or intoxicated behavior will result in removal from the premises without refund.

  • Damage to equipment due to misuse or negligence will be the financial responsibility of the customer.

 

4. Safety

  • Only one person is allowed in the hitting area at a time(between the half wall/netting and projector screen. 

  • All other guests must remain behind the marked safety line while someone is swinging a club.

  • Spectators and participants acknowledge the risk of injury, including stray balls or equipment malfunction. A waiver must be signed before entry into the simulator bay. Use of the facility is at your own risk.

 

5. Membership Terms (if applicable)

  • Membership is available for individuals 18 years or older.

  • The monthly fee is $99.99, $149.99, $199.99, with access to members-only benefits and preferred booking.

  • Members may bring up to 3 guests per session (guest fees apply).

  • Memberships may be canceled with 7 days’ written notice. No partial refunds are provided.

 

6. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during bookings will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

7. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and effective immediately upon publication.
