SmashFactorGolf Refund Policy   
Effective Date: June 30th, 2025

At SmashFactorGolf, we strive to provide an excellent experience for all our guests. Please review our refund policy below regarding simulator bookings, memberships, and merchandise.

 

Simulator Bookings

  • Cancellations with 24+ Hours Notice: You may cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before your scheduled time for a full refund or reschedule at no additional charge.

  • Cancellations with Less Than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled time are not eligible for a refund.

  • No-Shows: No-shows are non-refundable.

 

Memberships

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once purchased.

  • If you experience extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical issues), please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your situation on a case-by-case basis.

 

Retail Merchandise

  • Merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt and in new, unused condition for a full refund or exchange.

  • Sale items are final sale and non-refundable.

 

Special Events & Private Parties

  • Deposits for private events or group bookings are non-refundable unless canceled with at least 7 days’ notice.

  • Final payments may be refundable depending on the terms outlined during booking.
